ABOUT
Life has been a vibrant and colorful journey, leading me to a deeper understanding of myself.
From an early age, movement has brought joy and energy into my life. For years, dance filled my days with love and passion. Teaching, performing, and creating became experiences that awakened all my senses.
I received many gifts along the way... The birth of my children was one of the greatest. It brought a profound shift, constantly reminding me of the boundless, unconditional nature of LOVE. It showed me how adaptable we are, moving through laughter, tears, songs, and passion.
Just as the rhythms of life, everything is in constant motion. There is a permanence to impermanence, as life flows along its paths and rivers.
I faced several challenging times that shook my world. But through it all, the GREAT SHAKTI was at work.
These experiences led me to meditation, where I found the essence of joy—the joy of simply BEING. They also reconnected me to my core as a woman, a sister, a mother. I discovered the healer within me, the medicine woman that had been quietly waiting to awaken. It was a return to my HEART, to my ESSENCE.
Yoga became an important part of this journey, bringing me back into a deep connection with my body. It also led me to the extraordinary *Lalita Bauquis, who trained me in the medicine of light bodies and the harmonization of consciousness.
This is my path, or at least one of them...
Experiences & Training
I started my training in energy healing in 2018 with Vibrational Body Awareness Healing, taught by Lalita Bauquis. This naturally led me to explore touch, which prompted me to pursue massage training with Claire Masselot.
My training includes foot reflexology and a course in anatomy, physiology, and pathology, which has qualified me with ASCA. I am currently advancing my studies in reflexology, focusing on the 12 meridians.
My background as a dancer and teacher has given me a unique understanding of the body, enabling me to offer and facilitate workshops in Intuitive Free Dance, Cacao Ceremony, and Trance Dance.
I offer sessions in both French and English.

TREATMENTS
* Energy Healing: Vibrational Body Awareness
This treatment helps to activate and balance the various systems of the body (physical, anatomical, physiological). It affects metabolism, physical structures, as well as the nervous and hormonal systems. Energy healing is done while fully clothed. Rates: 1 hour – 110 CHF | 1 hour 30 minutes – 140 CHF
* Two-Handed Massage Experience a soothing energy massage performed with two or four hands. This session provides deep relaxation and harmonization through subtle yet profound touch, addressing blockages and tensions by facilitating the flow of energy and fluids. Rates: 1 hour 110 CHF -

* Isis Treatments: Four Hands, Two Therapists + Precious Balm (see Boutique info) Claire and Samira combine their skills to guide you on a journey towards a deeper connection with your inner self. This treatment involves touch and harmonization of both physical and subtle bodies. Book online or at claire-samira@soins-d-isis.ch Rate: 1 hour 30 minutes 220 CHF. Precious Balm 22 CHF.
* Foot Reflexology (ASCA Approved) This technique applies pressure to specific points on the feet or hands, known as "reflex zones." It stimulates the body's self-regulation, alleviates muscle pain, reduces stress, and promotes relaxation. Rate: 1 hour 130 CHF Recognized by ASCA for therapeutic foot reflexology by the Swiss Foundation for Complementary Medicine.
* Meditation: Being in Presence Why meditate? To find peace, settle into the present moment, clear the mind, regain direction, and build self-confidence.

* Intuitive Free Dance: Listening to the Essential Join us for individual or group sessions focused on intuitive free dance. "A meditative dance experience, connecting deeply with who we are. Free your entire body and merge with its natural movement. Step away from the mind, engage your senses, and let yourself emerge. This is not about achieving anything, but about immersing yourself in the present moment. A profound experience of self-discovery." No dance experience is required. This is about personal connection, not performance. Each workshop, whether solo or with others, offers a wonderful exploration of Being, fostering greater autonomy and harmony. ETHICS
Each individual is inherently free. Their life choices are defined solely by themselves. Within them lies everything and its opposite.
Through intention, the manifestation of healing can take place—a partnership between the individual and their practitioner. This occurs when there is trust, respect, active listening, and authenticity.
Every technique aims to bring relief and to support the individual on a path more aligned with their true self, toward harmony. Under no circumstances does it replace medical treatment; rather, it complements it.

Intuitive Free Dance - One to One
"The Substance of Emotions"
"A tiny movement of the hand.
This is how I enter ‘my dance.’
She watches, somewhere in the room, which no longer seems to have boundaries. My eyes are closed, and they slowly open inward. My hand, like a guide, finds its way: from my solar plexus to my belly, like a small serpent, a river gradually carving out its path.
I heal myself; I am my own healer.
My second hand joins the first in this movement, in this flow that rises in my chest. Chaos begins to find its order. I become permeable, uncontrollably so. My arms now seem to clear an entrance, like brushing away thick ferns to enter an unseen forest.
She still watches, the guardian of my dance, her eyes perhaps seeing my forest. Like an animal with an instinctive body, I teach myself a hidden space. My cupped hands seem to scrape up pieces, as if gathering myself together. I collect, I glean. I take, I recover—am I a vessel?
Filled without being full neither overwhelmed, irrepressible tears rise, spilling from my fiercely closed eyelids. A lingering vestige of pride stops them from completely flowing. My hands then move to comfort my face, wiping away the wetness from my cheeks. They stroke my forehead, and now gently brush away whatever must leave.
Belly, chest, legs are swept clean by my hands. After gathering, I expel, I release, I shed.
She still watches, the esoteric witness to my dark dance.
I am nearly standing now, my arms reaching toward the sky, pulling me upright. I am a rock in the middle of the forest, feeling the sun warm my stone—red, hot. I continue my pilgrimage.
The air and the rain from my fingertips strike my face and chest, reminding me of the weight of my limbs. Seated now, half-kneeling, my rain of fingers slowly comes to the end of its journey, this journey.
I return to us, but I remain with myself.
She, the stoic guardian, watches over me. She doesn’t need to know to understand. ‘hi,’ she says, and softly, the forest returns to its hidden depths." – C.
